Supernatural leans into its urban legends horror element, which is convincingly enacted, and serves up charm and humour on the side courtesy of brothers Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean’s (Jensen Ackles, more or less reprising his Dark Angel character) bickering sibling camaraderie.
