Set in San Fransokyo, Big Hero 6 is Disney’s first animation of Marvel characters. The subsumption — both cultural and stylistic — is well-pitched, resulting in wholesome quasi-manga and, above all, Baymax, the delightful, gently spoken, daintily galumphing inflatable marshmallow robot; an immediate classic.
