Sister Svangerd and the Not Quite Dead

While the lead characters have appeal, this opening novel doesn’t offer enough of Sister Svangerd in action, and is a bit too twisty in its exploration/denouncement of good and evil and religious justification. Convincingly cynical but not as much fun as usual.
