The piecemeal in-text defining of words is merely condescension masquerading as education, which grows quickly tedious.

Rocky Horror: From Concept to Cult by Scott Michaels & David Evans (Sanctuary, 2002) An invaluable historical record, albeit of specialist interest, documenting the Rocky Horror (Picture) Show via a series of eclectic, perambulating interviews. Of the cornucopia of major and minor players tracked down from on-stage, on-set and behind-the-scenes, only Tim Curry is notably absent.
